Dolapo is a Construction Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in the building industry. She gained project management experience in both London and Nigeria, where she oversaw the delivery of various schemes from concept to project handover.

At UPP, Dolapo manages on-site projects, ensuring the successful execution of diverse range of residential and commercial developments.

Dolapo completed her Master's degree in Construction Management and Economics, graduating from the University of Greenwich.
