Motti is a town-planner and founding partner of UPP Architects + Town Planners.

Having trained as a real estate and planning lawyer, Motti set up the practice in 2016 in Barnet with the vision of delivering a more direct impact on people, places and their communities.

With over 10 years of professional experience, he has spearheaded a variety of schemes in both the public and private sectors, including residential, commercial and cultural projects for clients across the country.

Motti leads a team of town planners, achieving successful outcomes on a range of major and complex planning applications, prior approvals and change of use applications.
